Trinity Winchester

Trinity Winchester is a unique operation addressing both the causes and effects of homelessness in the city of Winchester.

Founded 1999

  • Mission statement

Trinity Winchester is a unique operation in the district and its aim is to promote positive, fulfilling lifestyles, emotional wellbeing and long-term changes for those experiencing the effects of homelessness: substance misuse, mental ill-health, poverty, domestic violence, unemployment and social isolation. Our beneficiaries range from the most chronically excluded rough sleepers including ex-offenders and ex- military personnel, to women trying to break free from the escalating cycle of domestic violence, to the long term unemployed and ex care-leavers on low incomes needing support with housing, employment and training. Our service users typically have poor physical and emotional health, low self esteem and negative experiences of education and employment, low aspirations and bleak futures.

  • Aims

    Trinity Winchester aims to:

    • Providing practival and emotional support to those disadvantaged by homelessness, unemployment, addiction, poverty and other forms of social deprivation.
