The Institute of Cancer Research

ICR is one of the world's leading cancer research organisations and is internationally recognised for the quality of its science. Our scientists have made some of the most significant advances in the fight against cancer – having a profound influence on research, diagnosis and treatment around the world - and saved countless lives.

Cancer affects us all; but crucially our vision is that people may eventually live their lives free from the fear of cancer as a life-threatening disease. We hope to achieve this by developing new drugs to target the genetic causes of many different types of cancer.

There has never been a better time to give to the ICR.

For every £3 contributed to the ICR by new donors an extra £1 in government funding will go to our research.

The matching gift is applied after Gift Aid funding, so for example, a gift of £100 will be worth £166 to us. With your generosity we hope to make the most of this exciting opportunity.
