  • Mission statement

    Stonham exists to transform the life chances of vulnerable people across England. We do this by providing housing and/or support to over 15,000 vulnarable and socially excluded people in over 500 projects every year.

    Stonham works with people with single homeless people; people with mental health problems; young people leaving care; people with learning or physical disabilities; people who have been in prison or through the courts; women and their children who are escaping domestic violence; people with drug and/or alcohol dependency problems; vulnerable mothers and their babies; and refugees.

    Stonham is a division of Home Group, a registered social landlord.
