Amphibian and Reptile Conservation

OUR VISION

Amphibian and Reptile Conservation is a national wildlife charity committed to conserving amphibians and reptiles and saving the disappearing habitats on which they depend.

Our vision sees amphibians and reptiles thriving in their natural habitats, and a society inspired and committed to their conservation.

Amphibian and Reptile Conservation was formed in July 2009 from the merger between two well-established conservation charities; Froglife and The Herpetological Conservation Trust.

OUR MISSION

The organisation's Mission is to improve the conservation status of reptiles and amphibians in the wild and, while focussing on the British Isles, we will work to this end in Europe, the United Kingdom’s Crown Dependencies, Overseas Territories and Sovereign bases, and elsewhere in the World.
