Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital cares for over 10,000 sick, injured and orphaned wild animals every year, providing state of the art veterinary care and rehabilitation, with the aim of releasing our patients back into the wild once ready.

We care for all manner of British wildlife; everything from hedgehogs to deer and sparrows to swans!

We are also open 24hrs a day, 365 days a year to take in animals in need and man a 24hr emergency line - 01844 292292.

  • Mission statement

    Every year in Britain over five million wild animals and birds are injured as a direct result of their encounters with man's world. We are a specialist hospital, dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating all species of British wildlife using all available veterinary expertise.
    Tiggywinkles treats over 10,000 animal casualties every year. Our doors are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to receive British wildlife casualties. We treat all casualties free of charge.
