Off the Record (Bristol)

Off the Record (Bristol) provide a variety of mental health services and information to young people in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Over 5,000 young people access our various services each year.

Bristol is a multi-cultural city with a wide spectrum of economic backgrounds, from wealthy to some of the most deprived in the country.

As such our services reflect this need and everything we offer is free at any point of access. Young people self-refer to our support.
