The Who Cares? Trust is a small national charity that helps thousands of children in care and young care leavers every year to improve their life prospects.

    The Who Cares? Trust is a UK-wide charity established in 1992 that works to support children in care and improve their life chances. We help improve the lives of children in care by:

    - Delivering targeted projects that address the specific needs of children in care in areas such as education, employment, emotional well-being and the transition to independence.
    - Producing high quality young person-friendly publications that support thousands of children in care and provide them with practical, accessible and useful information.
    - Influencing positive change in policy and practice by ensuring the views of children in care are heard at the highest level.
    - Providing support materials for foster carers, local authorities and other professionals to enable them to better support the children in their care.
    - Providing advice, information and signposting on issues that affect children and young people in care through our website and publications.
