Craftspace is a charity creating opportunites to see, make and be curious about exceptional craft. We inititate artistic programmes which stimulate creative excellence, critical thinking and enjoyment of contemporary crafts in the widest social and cultural contexts.

  • Mission statement

    We work collaboratively, regionally, nationally and internationally. We build relationships between artists, people and organisations and encourage the sharing of ideas, skills and knowledge. We demonstrate the power of craft: to bring know-how, material knowledge, skills, inventiveness, monetary value and entrepreneurship to a wide number of contexts making our contriubtion to culture, societal wellbing and employment.
