The Guildhall School is one of Europe's leading conservatoires. The Guildhall School Trust, the School's registered charity, raises money for scholarships and training facilities for students.

Founded 1880

  • Mission statement

The School’s mission is to achieve peak performance in all areas of our training, education and learning support. We aim to train and educate outstanding young professional musicians, actors and theatre technicians to the highest international standards and prepare them for successful careers in the performing arts.

The School aims to offer musicians, actors, stage managers and theatre technicians an inspiring environment in which to develop as artists and professionals. However, with rising tuition fees and increased living costs, studying in London is expensive. Currently half of Guildhall students receive some form of scholarship support enabling them to study at Guildhall when they wouldn’t otherwise be able to. The Guildhall School Trust also raises money to ensure Guildhall’s training facilities are state-of-the-art, giving students the best possible preparation for careers in their chosen professions.

  • Aims

Guildhall School of Music & Drama aims to:

    • To raise scholarships for students studying at the Guildhall School.
