Areas of specialisation include: paediatric medicine, diabetes, blood cancers and sickle cell disease. We're also a major centre for heart, brain surgery and foetal medicine. As a Major Trauma Centre & Hyper Acute Stroke Unit for London, we also provide people with life-saving treatment, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. King's Liver Unit is currently the best in the world.

    The King’s College Hospital Charity is dedicated to supporting King’s College Hospital through awarding grants to fund improvements to hospital facilities, support medical research, purchase specialist medical equipment and support other projects to improve patient care.

    To continue improving patient care through research, training and the advancement of medical developments and facilities we need your help: your support can make the difference.
