The Archway Foundation

We all need human contact, meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging. Illness,(mental and physical), disability, bereavement or a change in personal circumstances can precipitate acute loneliness and distress.

The Archway Foundation, founded in Oxford in 1982 offers a service to individuals hurt by loneliness.

Our Services Include: An initial individual face to face meeting, Weekly day time Call in Cafe, Weekly Social Evening, Monthly Social Group for 20 to 40 year old, Signposting to other sources of help as appropriate, Visiting/ Befriending, Outings and Events, Opportunities for Volunteering
