  • Mission statement

    Dial South Worcestershire is a information and welfare benefit service for people with a disability and carers. Our service is free and confidential and we offer support to people with a physical or mental health disability as well as children, parents and carers.
    We operate from a small, accessible office in Worcester but have an outreach service which covers Malvern, Droitwich, Evesham, Pershore and Broadway.
    We offer home visits to clients unable to access our main office.
    Our aim is provide information and benefit advice which will keep clients independent, enable them to make choices, maximise their income, and improve their social life

    Dial South Worcestershire (Disability Information and Advice Line) aims to:

    • Help disabled people complete benefit forms, undertake casework and representation at benefit tribunals. Outreach service and home visits available.
    • Support people to remain independent by advising on aids and adaptations to the home, access, transport etc
