Building a shared society for Israel’s Jewish and Arab citizens will provide security and economic benefits for the State of Israel and will fulfil the promise made in its Declaration of Independence

Founded 2008

  • Mission statement

TAFI promotes shared society and equality among Israel’s Jewish and Arab citizens, working towards a prosperous, secure and more just society by advancing policies that are based on implementable large-scale innovative social models. Once these models have demonstrated proof of concept, TAFI advocates for their adoption by government and society as a whole such that there is sustainable change. TAFI's overarching strategy is to identify areas where we can effectuate widespread and sustainable change for Arab-Jewish relations. Programmes include projects that advance civil society though equal access to services, education, policing, employment and representation of the Arab sector in all facets of public life.

  • Aims

UK Friends of the Abraham Fund Initiatives aims to:

    • To construct a shared society of inclusion and equality among Israel's Jewish and Arab citizens as a moral and pragmatic imperative for the State of Israel
    • To advance a cohesive, secure and just Israeli society through the promotion of policies, conducting social change initiatives, advocacy and public education
    • To create a society in which the individual rights as well as the political, cultural and religious character of each community is clearly and unambiguously recognised and respected
