Charity information

Revitalise has been providing a crucial and unique experience for 50 years for disabled people and their carers. We offer life-changing holidays with 24-hour nursing care for people living with profoundly disabling conditions such as MS, cerebral palsy, stroke, Parkinson’s and dementia. These breaks are an essential respite for both those giving, and receiving, care. We currently provide 5000 breaks every year from our three fully accessible sites in Southport, Southampton and Chigwell.

  • Mission statement

Our mission is to enable people with disabilities and their carers access to an essential respite break. With specially trained carers and adapted equipment, we cater for over 150 different disabilities.

We offer the independence, freedom and choice to enjoy a break most other people take for granted, and which may otherwise be completely out of reach.

Revitalise Centres are a trusted place for our disabled guests to enjoy a holiday, taking a break from the challenges and isolation they may face in their day-to-day lives; in an environment where they can socialise, share and enjoy time within the Revitalise family of guests, dedicated volunteers and caring staff.
