ABOUT US...

Established in 2003, Latent Talent Agency is a Millennium Award winning organisation. The UK’s first official non-profit Talent Development Agency enabling young people to develop their talent even if they do not have the money to do so in the conventional way.

OUR ROLE...

Our role is in creative and personal development. We focus on identifying and developing the hidden talent, the star quality in individuals and helping them to turn it to the best use for their own benefit. From workplace skills to the creative industries, Latent Talent Agency is your support system for both career and personal development. Latent Talent Agency is committed and dedicated to working with people, helping individuals identify their own talents and gain the confidence to take it forward.

WHY WE ARE UNIQUE...

We are unique because we are free and thereby available to those from disadvantaged backgrounds who could never think of enjoying the benefits of highly expensive agents and managers. We empower our members through coaching and mentoring to value, develop and apply their own natural gifts.

WHO CAN BENEFIT?

Anyone resident in the United Kingdom, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief, physical ability, sexual orientation, disabilities, special needs, social status or any other affiliation.
We promote activities suitable for all sections of the community and for all ages. All you need to ask yourself is: can I really?

LOCATION

Although based in the United Kingdom, our vision is to build Latent Talent Agency into a world famous organisation known for identifying and developing hidden talent in people and helping them to fulfil their dreams. In short, we are here to spot the star in everyone and help them reach for it!

OUR BELIEFS

We believe that by encouraging people to understand more about themselves and their abilities we can empower society as a whole, increasing the personal confidence and capacity of the individuals we work with to enable them reach their potential and get more out of life.
This is why we focus on identifying talent in the first instance. People need to understand what they are good at and how much more they can achieve with vision, focus, empowerment, support and personal development.

VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteers play an important role in our organisation and we are always welcoming people interested in volunteering with Latent Talent Agency. Free training is always available and volunteers are encouraged to use their skills to manage our projects - this encourages sustainability. Many of our activities are project based and will increase with time and as we grow as an organisation.

OUR PROJECTS

We do not turn anyone away as we believe that everyone has something to offer. With the correct level of support, we believe we can help people achieve success in life. However, as our mission states, we focus primarily on working with people from socially disadvantaged communities who do not have the means to develop their skills and secure a sustainable future for themselves. Our projects are therefore targeted at socially disadvantaged communities.

WE REQUIRE FUNDING

We require funding to make a longterm and positive difference in the UK. We believe that this difference will be felt throughout the world as we share our skills and achievements and as we continue to work in partnership with other organisations and individuals that share our vision. LEADERSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, MONITORING AND EVALUATION

As an organisation focused on sustainability and growth, we recognise the importance of demonstrating excellent leadership qualities at all times. We also recognise the importance of being answerable to our funders, the beneficiaries of our projects, our country and the public as a whole. We are constantly monitoring and evaluating our progress in relation to service delivery, responsibility of actions, products, decisions, policies and administration of Latent Talent - the charity. We accept our obligation to report, explain and be answerable for our actions and the resulting consequences.
