Thames Reach was established in 1984 in response to the increasing numbers of rough sleepers in London at the time. Today Thames Reach delivers a wide range of service across London to achieve our vision of ending street homelessness.

    Our mission is to ensure that everyone who use our services is able to find and sustain a decent home, develop supportive relationships and lead a fulfilling life. We specialise in helping vulnerable men and women with complex needs, including those associated with poor mental-health and substance misuse.

    • End street homelessness. Helping those living on the streets to find and sustain a decent home and help those at risk of homelessness to build the skills and resilience required to keep their home
