Yateley Industries is one of the few supported factories that help vulnerable adults to do paid meaningful work and training which will hopefully progress them into mainstream employment.

Founded 1937

  • Mission statement

    To modernise Yateley's current operation so as to provide better training and employment for people with pan disabilities, in the supported factory or in placements in open employment with a view to progression into unsupported open employment.

    To sustain and increase the opportunities for people with disabilities in rewarding emplohment, both in our supported factory and mainstream, with an occupation that enables a disabled person to contribute to society through work.

    To gain personal satsifaction from the activity to develop knowledge, skills and to receive sufficient income to meet living and social needs.
