Winner, the Preston Road Women's Centre
Winner provides a range of services under one roof for women and children. We work mainly with women and children fleeing violence and abuse and offer them an individually tailored service to help them recover from the trauma of violence and abuse and rebuild their lives.
We can offer:
Food parcels
Clothing and items to set up home
Emotional and practical support
Safe and secure housing
Legal advice and representation
Training
Volunteering opportunities
Help to access work

Mission statement
Winner, the Preston Road Women's Centre exists to provide support services and learning opportunities for women and children in the Preston Road area of East Hull.
Services provided include:
Full time Nursery day care
Specialist domestic violence support
Safe and secure accommodation for women and children
Affordable Legal Advice and representation for women ineligble for Legal Aid
Specialist sexual health support
Comprehensive Volunteering programme
Learning opportunities accredited by the Open College Network
Safe women-only space for women to meet and socialise
The centre's services have been developed and led by local women and the Board of Directors has a majority of local women. This ensures that all services and activities are responsive to local needs and very much in touch with the community they serve. -

Winner, the Preston Road Women's Centre aims to:
- Our aim is to offer individually tailored support to women and children to help them recover from trauma in their lives (often domestic violence and abuse) and to achieve their full potential.
