  • Mission statement

Our vision: A fair & equal society where all lesbian, gay & bisexual people can fulfill their full potential.

Our mission: ‘Ending Homophobia, Empowering People’

We fulfill this through a number of vital services and activities. These include:

    A range of support groups
    A Helpline running from 10am to 10pm
    Face-to-face counselling
    Sexual Health Clinics
Befriending Scheme for elderly or vunerable LGB people.
Pride in Practice –A service for Health Care Professional and GP Practices
The largest free condom scheme outside of London
    A free community magazine (outnorthwest),
Our website (www. Lgf. Org. Uk)
Resources & Campaigns, Training, a Library and Archive
An Anti-Homophobic Bullying Project in Schools

As a result, we provide more direct services & resources for more LGB people than any other charity of our kind in the UK.

We help people when they need us. Please help us to be there for those who may need us in the future - you never know when you or a loved one may need our assistance.

We won't be satisfied until every LGB member of our community can live freely, equally and safely - do you want to be part of the solution? Please donate today.
