ETHNIC VOICE OFFERS PRACTICAL HELP AND ADVICE ON LEARNING AND WORK TO MEMBERS OF THE BME GROUP, WHETHER YOU ARE IN WORK OR UNEMPLOYED. IT IS A LOCAL SERVICE AND IT IS DELIVERED BY A GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS WHO HAVE HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE. IT AIMS TO BUILD A RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MEMBERS OF THE BME GROUP IN ENGLAND AND WALES WITH THEIR HOME COUNTRIES,IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION,HEALTH,ENVIRONMENT
We will work to create appropriate settings that facilitate the growth and development of the young and elderly people our community and surrounding areas. We will work in partnership with people as they seek to meet their political, social, personal, cultural, spiritual and physical needs. In working to achieve these aims we will strive to create a climate of mutual respect understanding, equity, diversity and interdependence.
Our international duty is based on the principles of achieving the United Nations goals in developing countries by providing expertise and capacity building training program.
Ethnic Voice aims to:
- Provide education for the disadvantaged
- Work with families living with health issues such as HIV, BLOOD CANCER, BREAST CANCER, LUEKEMIA IN CHILDREN
- PROVIDE CAPACITY TRAINING IN AREAS OF GOOD GOVERNANCE, ENABLE WOMEN PARTICIPATION IN DECISION MAKING.
