Centre of Sign-SIght-Sound

COS supports people with a sensory loss through our campaigning and lobbying work and also importantly through our direct delivery of support services, which include:
Communication Support Services (CSS) -
promoting equal access to services, education, training and employment by facilitating effective appropriate communication.
Community Access Services (CAS) - information and advice services.
Community Resource and Support Services - early intervention/preventative and crisis intervention.

    The aim and principal activity of the Charity is to Centre of Sign-Sight-Sound (COS)
    “Improving Quality of Life through Equality”
    Originally founded by the Deaf community and with some 23 years of experience of delivering services and support to people living with sensory loss and the professionals and organisations who work with them, our aim is to:
     Improve the quality of life and equality of access and opportunity for Deaf people and people living with sensory loss.
     Promoting a world where sensory loss does not limit, preclude or stigmatise people from achieving their full unique potential
