  • Mission statement

The Rose Road Association works with children & young people aged from 2 to 25 years who have complex and multiple disabilities. These young people are, in most cases, both cognitively and physically disabled. Our young people face extreme challenges in relation to their day-to-day lives, but we believe they have the right to develop and fulfill their potential just as every young person.

We provide a range of services including a school, short breaks centre, outreach for visits to community facilities and fostering. These services not only support our young people but also their parents, families and carers, and the demand for these services continues to grow.

During 2012 we are celebrating our Diamond Jubilee, fundraising is going well but we have a big challenge to raise £250,000 to support the services we provide for our children and families. This amount will provide two extra nights respite in Oaks & Acorns for every day the Centre is open as well as support Outreach and Community Services, all of which are vital to the young people who attend Rose Road.

  • Aims
