London Irish Women's Centre

LIWC was established in 1983 to 'empower, inspire, mobilize and celebrate women of Irish birth and descent living in London'.

LIWC delivers culturally sensitive and gender specific Advice and Advocacy services to vulnerable and excluded women of Irish descent throughout London, especially welfare and housing related. We also provide a long-term culturally appropriate Counselling and Psychotherapy service in partnership with icap.

LIWC seeks to deliver holistic services and has a range of social groups and activities. LIWC works to combat isolation and to provide access to a safe and supportive community.
