    Back Up is for everyone affected by spinal cord injury. We’re here to help you move forward in your life, regardless of your age, level of injury
    – or whether you walk or use a wheelchair.

    We know that spinal cord injury affects the whole family, and that’s why we support family members too.

    We’re the only charity in the UK who provides dedicated support for children and young people with a spinal cord injury.

    The Back-Up Trust aims to:

    • We support people affected by spinal cord injury across the UK to rebuild their confidence and independence.
    • We share our expertise at home and abroad and influence others to make sure outstanding services are in place which everyone can access.
    • We deliver services that build confidence and independence and offer a supportive network.
