  • Mission statement

We provide services in a safe, healthy, happy, stimulating and caring environment to support the development of a young person's social skills, friendships, independence, responsibility and potential.
We believe our young people and carers have the right to have a good life with the same choices and chances as any other person.
Everyone here is accepted for who they are and how they are. We work in a flexible and responsible person centred way to meet individual needs.
SNOOP is here for the long term for those we support - we will work through this together.
We have an open door policy and always focus on being the best we can for the people we support as they are always at the heart of all we do.
We have a strong professional reputation across all sectors and are well established.
We speak from experience and we aim to make your life experience a fulfilling one.
