Nautical Training Corps

The Nautical Training Corps (NTC) is a uniformed youth organisation based in the south of England, aiming to help young people develop their full potential through nautically based training. They are encouraged to develop self confidence and a sense of self worth. Opportunities are provided to explore a wide range of experiences and activities.

    To inspire young people to reach their full potential and enhance their life skills, through the provision of challenging, supportive leadership and vocational training opportunities delivered through a nautically focussed programme

    • To promote the development of young persons in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential,
    • To educate young people in all aspects of the history and practice of seamanship and seafaring
