Salusbury World supports refugee children and families to rebuild their lives once they reach London.
We do this by offering educational, social and practical support to refugee and migrant children, young people and adults via schools in north west London.
Our mission is to support and empower refugee and migrant children, young people and families to realise their rights and potential and participate fully in society.
Asylum from conflict and persecution is a universal human right. So are education, family life, adequate living standards and social participation. All children have rights to play, recreation and the active promotion of their full growth and development.
We envisage a future in which schools and communities across the UK work together to foster respect, protect and fulfill these rights, ensuring that all migrants are welcomed wholeheartedly and empowered to settle, thrive and participate fully and equally in society.
Salusbury WORLD aims to:
- To empower refugee and migrant children, young people and families to realise their rights .
- To empower refugee and migrant children, young people and adults to achieve their potential and participate fully in society
