We help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.

We operate mainly from our advice centre in Camberley, offering a 4 days-a-week telephone, drop-in and appointment service. We also offer advice online via email and webchat.

    The objects of the charity are the advancement of education,the protection of health
    and the relief of poverty,sickness and distress in the community in the Borough of Surrey Heath.
    The principle aims of the charity are to ensure that individuals do not suffer through the lack of knowledge of their rights or through an inability to express their needs effectively and to exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies both locally and nationally. To these ends it provides a centre for the supply of advice and guidance in Camberley.
