PASIC provide practical, financial and social support to children & young people with cancer, their family & carers at Nottingham Children's Hospital.

  • Mission statement

    To make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people who are receiving treatment for leukaemia, brain tumours and other associated cancers at Nottingham's University Hospital, their family and carers

    Our Mission is to give children and young people and their families the means to build support networks, reduce isolation, increase wellbeing and offer financial assistance when parents are experiencing difficulties.

  • Aims

    PASIC (Parents Association for Seriously Ill Children) aims to:

    • To deliver real and relevant impact to parents, young people and children whose lives have been affected by childhood cancer and to expand our programmes to reach a greater number of families.
    • To improve our profile and visibility and build our brand as a respected support charity
    • To increase our income streams and funding in a cost-effective way to at least £100k
    • To guarantee continued sustainability through effective partnerships and collaborations and to focus on nurturing and building relationships by acknowledging and reporting on the impact of this support.
