We are a team of barristers, solicitors and experienced legal advisers dedicated to the relief of poverty and hardship and through the provision of free, high quality, independent legal advice and casework in the following areas of social welfare law and human rights : housing, welfare benefits, employment ( including unlawful sex, race, age, disability and sexual orientation discrimination), immigration, asylum and nationality.

Our work helps prevent homelessness, unemployment, family breakdown, exploitation and abuse and enables individuals to protect and enforce their legal rights.
