CAPE is a project for residents of the London Borough of Ealing, who experience severe and enduring mental health problems, some of whom are considered 'hard to engage'
CAPE provides a flexible Outreach and Day Service which supports individuals and seeks to engage them in vocational and recreational activities of their own choice.
Our Aim
CAPE aims to improve the quality of life of the people of the people who use our services and enable them to maximise opportunity and gain independence.
we do this by:
Building relationships with people who are isolated or have unsatisfactory relationships with others
Raising service users self-esteem ,to enhance life-skill and help them be better equipped to deal with day to day life
help service users to make informed choices about their own lives.
Help people who have rejected traditional mental health services access the range of social and health care to which they are entitled
Widening people's social and support networks and opening up the range of opportunities ordinarily available to all.
