Newcastle Action for Parent and Toddler Groups Initiative

We support community based volunteers to run parent and toddler groups in Newcastle upon Tyne. We provide advice, information and practical help relating to parenting skills, child development and social issues. We also provide a toy library service and a team of workers to help children with complex needs to attend pre-school.

  • Mission statement

    Newcastle Action for Parent and Toddler Groups Initiative (NAPI) believes that the needs of parents , carers and children under 5 years are diverse and individual. NAPI will support community groups which provide for these needs and promote their contribution to the social and educational and health aspects of all those involved.

    NAPI exists to promote the education and development of under school age children in Newcastle upon Tyne by the provision of advice, information and support services and other such facilities for parent and toddler and like groups.
