The Hillingdon Emerging Leaders Programme, HELP, is a youth charity in Hillingdon Borough, West London. It is a leadership training program for young people.

    Mission - CONNECT, EQUIP, DEPLOY

    Connect - We work to engage young people by helping them to discover their skills and talents, and develop an empowering vision for the future
    Equip - We provide them with resources and development opportunities to prepare and equip them to actualize their dreams
    Deploy - We provide further support by helping them to find and take on community projects and work based placements that will help them develop the confidence they need to make a positive contribution to society.

  • Aims

    HILLINGDON EMERGING LEADERS PROGRAMME aims to:

    • To create youth development outreach programs that takes knowledge and education to young people.
    • To effectively groom at least 20-30 youth (irrespective of ethnic background) annually with the skills, tools and support that they require to impact positively to the society.
    • To ensure that the youth apply leadership skills, acquire a positive self-image. Through these programs, youth will gain knowledge in a variety of settings and develop important life skills.
