Citizens Advice has two aims:
1. To provide the advice people need for the problems they face.
2. To improve the policies and practices that affect peoples’ lives.
We operate according to four principles. The service is free, confidential, independent and impartial.

    Guildford Citizens Advice Bureau aim to ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available or through an inability to express their needs effectively; equally, we exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, locally and nationally.

    We offer independent, confidential, impartial and free advice on all subjects including:
    Employment Rights
    Housing and Homelessness
    Welfare Benefits
    Consumer Issues and Debt
    Immigration and Nationality
    Family and Relationship Matters
