  • Mission statement

Bloodwise is the UK’s biggest blood cancer charity dedicated to improving the lives of patients. Our life-saving work is focused on stopping people from dying of blood cancer, improving the quality of life for patients and their families, and where possible, stopping people getting blood cancer in the first place.

We do this by funding world-leading research, providing support for patients and their families, and campaigning for improvements for patients at all stages. Our research is targeted at understanding more about blood cancer, finding causes, and discovering new and improved ways of diagnosing and treating all blood cancers.

We support scientists at all stages from PhD and beyond, award a variety of grants for basic and translational research, and run ground-breaking clinical trials to test novel treatments.
