Since 1973 The Haven has provided emergency accommodation to women and children suffering domestic abuse. We have 5 refuges across Wolverhampton and offer services to support the move away from abuse.

    Our Mission Statement:
    The Haven Wolverhampton supports women and dependent children who are vulnerable to domestic violence, homelessness and abuse.

    Our Vision:
    The Haven Wolverhampton’s vision is for all women and children to live in a society free from oppression, homelessness, violence and abuse and to promote and uphold human rights.

    The Haven Wolverhampton aims to:

    • Place the interest of women and children at the heart of everything we do and involve them in all aspects of work at The Haven Wolverhampton.
    • Provide accommodation and community based services to women and children who have suffered violence and/or homelessness.
    • Raise awareness of the needs of women and children who have suffered violence and/or homelessness.
    • Develop relationships to influence policy and strategy development .
    • Invest in governance, staff and volunteers and to achieve excellence and promote diversity.
