  • Mission statement

    Citizens Advice Fareham has been in operation since 1942, so we are celebrating our 75th Anniversary of providing free, confidential and impartial advice to the community of Fareham. All advisers working in Citizens Advice Fareham are volunteers, the office is also supported by a team of volunteer receptionists. The management of Citizens Advice Fareham is also undertaken by a volunteer Trustee Board.

    Our mission is:
    To remain the centre of competence for Citizens Advice services available to the citizens of Fareham and surrounding area and develop additional services needed by the community by working with the Borough Council and other key organisations.

    Citizens Advice Fareham aims to:

    • To give Free, Independent, Confidential, Impartial Advice to the community of Fareham and the Surrounding Area.
    • Compiling research and campaigning for change to laws, policies and practice by National and Local government and businesses that have an unfair impact on people's lives.
