We give Free, Confidential Advice and support to the people of Ipswich, we are open 5 days a week for drop in advice from 9. 30 14. 00 and for appointments unti l16. 00.
We are staffed by excellent volunteers and staff who are highly trained and acreditied.

    To provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.

    • To improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
    Ipswich and District CAB has been operating for 32 years, serving the people of Ipswich and the surrounding districts. It is staffed predominantly by volunteers with a small paid staff who support them.
