    To make life better for LGBT people who live, work or socialise in the Bradford area
    To prioritise the needs of the most excluded LGB&T people including:
    > Trans people
    > LGBT people from ethinic minority groups
    > Young LGBT people
    > Older LGBT people
    > Disabled LGBT people

  • Aims

    Bradford LGB Strategic Partnership aims to:

    • 1. To work to improve the lives, care and social understanding of the needs facing the most excluded LGB&T people > older > younger > Trans > BME >Disabled
    • Building partnerships to undertake applied research and disseminating our work to gain national recognition, and support campaigning
    • To create a vibrant community centre which attracts an increasing membership through an innovative programme of projects, campaigns and value-added opportunities
    • To support Trans people and their partners by providing safe space and advice, and by working within the region to promote understanding, acceptance and respect of all gender identities
    • To work with statutory, voluntary and community organisations to promote equality for LGBT people in the workplace, and as recipients of services
