We provide one to one confidential counselling service for those who are struggling with life events such as depression, bereavement, domestic violence, sexual abuse, trauma, phobias and more.

Founded 2002

  • Mission statement

We desire to reach out to people who are in deep need with depression, sexual abuse, domestic violence, bullying, self -harming, bereavement. We have trained counsellors to help with post abortion counselling and pregnancy crisis. Many people live on their own with no-one to turn to when life events become too much to cope with; we offer non-judgemental, person centred counselling free of charge to a wide range of people without prejudice.

Our services are free to everyone (though donations are welcome). With 30 counsellors now volunteering we are offering a service much in demand. Our clients can self refer but local GPs surgeries, Social Services, the Probation Service Sure Start, schools and other local agencies referr to us. There is a large demand for childrens work both inside schools and outside.
