Afghanaid is an international humanitarian and development non-governmental organisation (NGO), created in 1983 specifically for the Afghans.
Afghanaid has worked alongside Afghan communities since 1983, providing assistance for people in hardship and distress. Our work focuses on long term sustainable development in rural areas, we currently work with more than 1. 1 million adults and children.
Afghanaid works alongside poor and marginalised Afghan people to enhance their opportunities and capabilities to achieve economic and social development that is both sustainable and equitable in the long term.
