  • Mission statement

    Circles Network exists to complement the efforts of people at risk of exclusion to become the architects of their own lives by: engaging in all aspects of community life; increasing confidence, respect and value; fostering a variety of interdependent relationships; encouraging informed choice and individual happiness; improving personal wellbeing, safety and happiness; and developing gifts and competencies towards productive, fulfilling lives.
