Working in partnership with both statutory and private sector organisations to support and inspire vulnerable young people and adult ex-offenders to create the positive outcomes.
UKresettlement was established as a new social enterprise to break the mould of historically poor outcomes for vulnerable young people and adult ex-offenders leaving custody to live in the community. Secondly, to work as a community focused and socially responsive and responsible business in order to effectively improve the outcomes for our service users.
Our services are delivered in partnerships with Local Authorities, and criminal justice agencies on a voluntary referral, directive or contract basis. UKresttlement's mission in providing the services is to foster a mindset and drive within vulnerable young and adult ex-offenders that they will go on to develop pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and a sense of hope in the future. This we believe will serve a better way of equipping our service users with the skills, sound judgment and confidence necessary for them to take their place as valuable members of the community.
We provide direct support to our service users from all social and ethnic backgrounds from the age of 16 through the provision of:
One-to-one and small group critical friendship
