transformation charity, which aims to enable faith based and local
communities to engage in environmental
and social action.

Founded 2010

  • Mission statement

We began as a pilot programme ‘Operation
Eden’ (OE) in Merseyside in April 2004,
inspired and supported by the patronage of the Bishop of
Liverpool, the Right Reverend James Jones,
in partnership with senior figures from
Merseyside’s faith communities. In 2007 OE
    grew into Faiths4Change (F4C), operating
    across the North West.

    We provide services, support, information
and training to faith communities and the
wider communities that they serve, often in
    disadvantaged neighbourhoods across the
    North West of England.

Our work is supportive of and complementary
to organisations whose work is underpinned
by the cross cutting themes of climate change
and sustainable communities and health and
    well being
