  • Aims

    Aspire Oxfordshire Community Enterprise Limited aims to:

    • To increase the incomes and living standards of Aspire trainees through supporting their transition into full time paid work. To fully support every aspect of this including financial literacy.
    • To bring families back together through supporting parents into paid work , allowing them to take financial responsibility for dependents. To enable parents to be strong positive role models.
    • To nurture and encourage the potential in all trainees and staff. To provide accessible and worthwhile informal and accredited learning opportunities, to appropriately balance support and challenge.
    • To challenge preconceptions and stereotypes around issues such as homelessness, addiction, offending behaviour and mental health difficulties. To actively contribute to community cohesion.
    • To create the highest quality work placements, jobs and training for people experiencing severe and multiple disadvantages in relation to employment.
