    To provide high quality residential and day services to alleviate problems caused by mental health problems, learning disabilities and emotional / behavioural issues. To support the recovery, rehabilitation and social inclusion for people at risk of exclusion and stigma through mental health problems
    To promote understanding of mental illness and raise public awareness and raise profile of therapeutic community approach in the health and social care agenda.
