    Supporting family Carers and Young Carers to continue in their caring role by providing free services that are volunteer-led

    Developing and expanding our services in line with what family Carers and Young Carers tell us they need to feel supported and able to continue in their caring role

    Encouraging and developing our volunteers and staff through ongoing training, support and supervision

    Promoting the needs and challenges of family Carers and Young Carers throughout Hastings and Rother

    Maintaining a high organisational profile and raising the profile of family Carers' and Young Carers issues within the local community

    Contiunuously seeking funding from new stakeholders and retaining the support and integrity of our core funders to ensure the longevity of our services

    • Raise awareness within the the community of the issues faced by family Carers and Young Carers
    • Promote the importance of maintaining the well-being of family Carers and Young Carers
    • Encourage family Carers and Young Carers independence and supporting them to continue in their caring role
