Greyhound Gap is a small independent charity rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming greyhounds and lurchers and other animals in danger of euthanasia from 7 day pounds.

  • Mission statement

    To promote humane behaviour towards animals, in particular greyhounds and lurchers, by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for greyhounds and lurchers which are need of care and attention by reason of sickness, maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage and to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals.

    Greyhound Gap aims to:

    • To promote humane behaviour towards animals, especially greyhounds and lurchers, by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security for greyhounds and lurchers which are need of care.
    • To educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among animals.
