A 16th century Grade 2* House in Waterlow Park which is run as an arts and education centre providing creative and heritage activities in the house and extensive outreach activities.

  • Mission statement

    Lauderdale House Society seeks to present, promote and facilitate a vibrant educational , arts and heritage programme which encourages life-long learning for the diverse communities of London and beyond, individuals of all ages, performers, artists, historians, communities of interest, local people and visitors to Waterlow Park.

    We will continue to add to the architectural history of this Tudor building by restoring and improving the facilities, bringing our heritage to life and sharing our unique story.

    We aim to offer best-value recreational, social, educational, heritage and arts-based activities to the local and wider communities, both in the House and by reaching out to communities who might not otherwise visit the House.

    This is a place for all ages to experiment, enjoy, participate, connect with their heritage and create, thereby increasing the quality of their lives.
