Leaders' Quest Foundation

Leaders' Quest Foundation empowers grassroots leaders to tackle tough problems in poor and marginalised communities.

Founded 2004

  • Mission statement

Quest Fellowships empower grassroots leaders in developing countries to realise their potential and bring about change within their communities.

We provide training, mentoring and support which transforms the way promising leaders see themselves and the impact they have on the ground. Leaders’ Quest Fellows create projects which generate livelihoods, reduce corruption and violence, and increase access to education and health services. They commit up to 25 hours per week for a year, and during this time they reach up to 2,000 people in their own neighbourhood.

We deliver our fellowship programme through trusted local partners. We leverage local capacity and foster community ownership, resulting in programmes that sustain themselves, are quicker to implement and cost less.

  • Aims

    Leaders' Quest Foundation aims to:

    • To improve the quality of grassroots leadership in developing countries to empower hidden leaders to create positive change in their communities.
